- Super Built-up Area: Isme Built-up Area ke sath-sath common areas jaise lift, lobby, clubhouse, aur swimming pool ka hissa bhi add kar diya jata hai. Pro Tip: Efficiency Ratio check karo! Agar Super Built-up aur Carpet area mein 30% se zyada ka fark hai, toh deal mehngi ho sakti hai.
