DMCA & Copyright Policy
Protecting originality. Learn about our intellectual property rights and how we enforce our zero-tolerance policy against digital theft.
1. Proudly Original Content
FreeUserTools.com is a 100% original creation. Every single tool, logic algorithm, and design element on this platform has been meticulously brainstormed, coded, and developed in-house by our team.
We take immense pride in our proprietary “Zero-Bloat Architecture.” We have not copied, cloned, or scraped any code, functionality, or UI/UX designs from any other existing websites or competitors. All our tools are unique solutions engineered to solve user problems independently.
2. Strict Prohibition on Copying
Just as we respect the intellectual property of others, we fiercely protect our own. All content on FreeUserTools.com is protected by international copyright laws.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Cloning or Scraping: Using automated bots, scrapers, or manual methods to copy our custom PHP/JavaScript code, tool structures, or formulas.
- Design Theft: Copying, mimicking, or reverse-engineering our User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), CSS styles, or overall layout for use on your own website.
- Unauthorized Iframing: Embedding our tools within iframes on third-party websites without our explicit written consent.
Any attempt to steal, clone, or mirror our platform will result in immediate legal action, including filing DMCA takedown notices directly to your web host and search engines (like Google) to have your site de-indexed.
3. DMCA Takedown Notice (For Rights Holders)
While all our tools are built in-house, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content, branding, or material on FreeUserTools.com infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Your takedown notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site.
- Your contact information (Name, Address, Email, and Phone number).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
4. False Claims & Counter-Notices
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
If we receive a false DMCA claim against our original tools, we will issue a Counter-Notice and pursue legal remedies against the claimant for business disruption.
5. Submit a Legal Notice
To submit a DMCA notice, report an infringement, or request authorization for use of our intellectual property, please contact our legal department directly via email.
